1. Acceptance of Usage
By using our site through accessing the FanCovers.com site and any directly related domains, you agree to these terms of service, to abide by our privacy policy, and to use our services in good faith and intention.

2. User Accounts
FanCovers.com grants users the creation of a single account, in order to access available features and services. Users may only have one account and may not at any time create another or unwillingly access another user’s account to modify data or information. Users are responsible for their own account password security and should not share it with anyone.

3. General Use of FanCovers.com
Users are granted usage of our site services provided the following restrictions set forth by this document:

1. You may not distribute any medium of any part of this site without written consent.
2. You may not alter or modify any part of this site outside designated user areas, including the embeddable player.
3. You may not use any part of our site for commercial use without prior written consent

4. User Uploads and Submissions
As an account holder, users may submit videos, comments, and data (known herein as “submissions”) through our site services. You shall be solely responsible for these and the consequences of posting or publishing them. In connection with User Submissions, you affirm, represent, and/or warrant that: you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize FanCovers.com to use all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights in and to any and all User Submissions to enable inclusion and use of the User Submissions in the manner contemplated by the Website and these Terms of Service. For clarity, you retain all of your ownership rights in your User Submissions. However, by submitting User Submissions to FanCovers.com, you hereby grant FanCovers.com a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicenseable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Submissions in connection with the FanCovers.com Website and Fancover.com’s (and its successors' and affiliates') business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the FanCovers.com Website (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels. You also hereby grant each user of the FanCovers.com Website a non-exclusive license to access your User Submissions through the Website, and to use, reproduce, distribute, display and perform such User Submissions as permitted through the functionality of the Website and under these Terms of Service. The above licenses granted by you in User Videos terminate within a commercially reasonable time after you remove or delete your User Videos from the FanCovers.com Service. You understand and agree, however, that FanCovers.com may retain, but not display, distribute, or perform, server copies of User Submissions that have been removed or deleted. The above licenses granted by you in User Comments are perpetual and irrevocable. In connection with User Submissions, you further agree that you will not submit material that is copyrighted, protected by trade secret or otherwise subject to third party proprietary rights, including privacy and publicity rights, unless you are the owner of such rights or have permission from their rightful owner to post the material and to grant FanCovers.com all of the license rights granted herein

5. Account Termination
FanCovers.com reserves the right to terminate service and accounts to any users found to infringe on our Terms of Service. We also reserve the right to delete and remove any content which we deem unsuitable, including but not limited to copyright infringement and violations of intellectual property law, pornography, obscene or defamatory material, or excessive length.
